Punjab Estate (“we”) is a real-estate agency in Gujranwala, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Enquiries — when you use an enquiry form, call, WhatsApp or email us: your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request, including the property you asked about.
- Property submissions — when you submit a property for sale: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address, your relation to the property, the property details and address, and the photos you upload. Photos are re-saved by our system and their camera (EXIF) data, including any GPS location, is removed.
- Technical data — the IP address of a submission, kept to prevent abuse. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and put you in touch about the property you are interested in.
- To review a property you submit, contact you about it and, once approved, list it on this website. The exact address / plot number is kept private and is not shown on the website.
- To keep a record of our correspondence.
Who we share it with
- Sellers — if you send an enquiry about a property whose listing shows the seller’s contact, a copy of your enquiry goes to that seller.
- Service providers — companies that host our website and email on our behalf.
- Authorities — where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to remove a property listing you submitted. Contact us through the Contact page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
